Kellie is a Clinical Mental Health Counselor with over 30 years of experience supporting people with mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, and neuropsychological disorders. She is deeply committed to helping individuals toward emotional well-being and personal growth. Her approach is compassionate, client-centered, and rooted in evidence-based practices. She works collaboratively with clients to explore their concerns, identify goals, and develop effective coping strategies that foster resilience and healing.

Kellie has experience working with people of all ages and specializes in anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship and parenting issues. She utilizes a combination of therapeutic modalities, mindfulness and wellness practices, and psychoeducation tailored to meet the individual’s unique needs.

She believes that every person has the potential for growth and healing, and is honored to be a part of that process.
