Psychiatric Advanced Practice Registered Nurses (APRNs) specialize in evaluating, diagnosing, and managing mental health conditions primarily through medication management and holistic medical treatment plans.

Therapists (such as LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs) provide structured talk therapy, counseling, and evidence-based behavioral strategies to help you process emotions, develop coping skills, and navigate life transitions.
